1. About TutorVerse
TutorVerse is an education platform that helps students and parents discover and connect with tutors and access tuition-related services. TutorVerse may facilitate introductions, enquiries and bookings; the exact arrangement and delivery of tuition may depend on the tutor and the user.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Parents or guardians should create or supervise accounts and interactions involving minors.
3. Tutors
Tutors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, qualifications, availability, teaching conduct and information supplied to TutorVerse. TutorVerse may conduct verification or screening processes but does not guarantee any tutor's academic or professional outcome.
4. Students and parents
Users should provide accurate academic requirements, locality and contact information and should communicate respectfully. Users are responsible for confirming suitability, schedules, fees and arrangements before commencing tuition.
5. Fees, bookings and cancellations
Any applicable fees, demo arrangements, tuition charges or cancellation terms will be communicated through the relevant service or booking flow. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorised access, harass other users, distribute harmful content, or use TutorVerse for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
TutorVerse branding, website content, design and platform materials belong to TutorVerse or their respective owners and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
8. Availability and limitation
We aim to keep the platform available and useful but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any particular educational result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TutorVerse is not responsible for losses arising from a user's independent arrangements with a tutor or from circumstances outside reasonable control.
